Refund policy

You may return un-used, un-personalised, and non-downloadable merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the date you physically receive the product. Please note that shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded.

All items must be returned in their original, new condition, complete with packaging and contents. Credits for returned items will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Credits will be issued within 10 days from the date the return is accepted by our Warehouse Team.

When returning products, ensure you pack your shipment securely. We recommend returning items via insured mail to ensure your protection.
